China (mainland-born), India, Pakistan, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam,
Great Britain (including the dependent areas), Russia, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Haiti, and Jamaica.
Following exceptions are defined:
- spouse is born in a country, which is not listed above
- At time of applicant's birth at least one parent was a citizen from
a country, which is not listed above
(excluding visiting the country temporarily or stationed in the country
for business or professional reasons on behalf of a company or government)

To process your applications correctly we must have your application no later than December, 29, 2004.
The U.S. Department of State is expected to publish its DV-2006
instructions within the next few days.

At the end of the last special U.S. Green Card transmission period, connection to the
U.S. government site was extremly overloaded. Transmission of one
application took up to 3 hours!
